It's been a while since I've updated you all on my son's EoE status.  This past year has been hectic to say the least with homeschooling for our first time and our youngest son's eosinophilic esophagitis diagnosis.  Here is a quick rundown of where our EoE journey has taken us...

Recipe: Chocolate Sunbutter Ice Cream

I tried a new ice cream recipe today and it was a hit!  It tastes very much like a peanut butter fudgsicle...but nut free, and dairy free, and soy free, and egg free, and wheat free, and corn free, and gluten free....and delicious!

My Mom made this outstanding pie for my son with food allergies.  She took the recipe for Raspberry Buckle off of Oprah.com and substituted some of the ingredients to make it allergy free.  This recipe contains no dairy, no soy, no egg, no nuts and tastes delicious!!!!
