The more we know, the better prepared we can be!

I am currently accepting severe allergy reaction stories which will be published here on EasyBreezyFoodAllergies.com.








Please include the following information:

• age of child
• list of allergens
• possible foods eaten that day
• symptoms experienced
• medications given during reaction
• where the reaction occurred

Feel free to change names if you would like to remain anonymous.  If anonymity is not required and you feel comfortable sending in a picture, we would love that too (it helps to connect with the reader).  Also, include your name and state and country you're writing from.
